We are looking for an Operations Specialist, who will dive into the Etops business concept, philosophy and culture. It is crucial that you understand the business itself, the way we serve our clients and how we operate - for sure, we will help you with that. This will directly lead to your long-term goal that is to take full responsibility for our complex and challenging clients.
We seek for analytical thinking, preciseness, proactive approach and 'can-do' attitude. The ideal candidate understands and is interested in alternative investments or has experience in the area.

Your role and responsibility

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Reconciliations of investors trades
• Executing investments orders with counterparty
• Monitoring and reconciling investment positions in custody
• Corporate actions
• Data collection, system update, ensuring data quality
• Production of independent fund valuation (Net Asset Value)
• Contribution analysis of different Balance sheet items
• Cash accounts monitoring, reconciliations, payment instructions
• Data revision
• Reporting
• Various projects to increase operational efficiency
• Active communication with various counterparties (administrator, custodian, bank, auditor)

Your experience and profile

What you'll bring:

• At least 1 year professional experience in asset management, investment management, banking, fund accounting or similar
• Good command of written English as well as fluent communication
• Above average Excel experience & general IT intelligence
• University degree in finance or similar
• Strong analytical thinking
• Strong sense for details
• Knowledge of financial instruments
• Responsibility, loyalty and professional growth aspiration
• Last but not least: you don't work as a machine. You use your brain as a tool that can't stop looking for efficiency, improvements, automation and optimisation.
