As the Senior Sales Manager you are the #1 commercial leader for the German wealth management market at Etops. Your mission is to aggressively grow Etops’ footprint in Germany by winning and expanding large SaaS contracts with private banks, external asset managers (EAMs), multi-family offices, and premium advisory firms. You act as the face of Etops in the German wealth management ecosystem.
Your role and responsibility
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Full P&L Ownership – Germany
- Deliver €500k+ new ARR per year (multi-year SaaS contracts).
- Build and execute the annual commercial plan and budget for the German market in close alignment with the Head of Wealth Management.
- New Logo Acquisition & Strategic Deals
- Personally lead the largest and most strategic opportunities (€100k+ ARR) with top-tier German private banks, leading EAMs, and high-end multi-family offices.
- Win lighthouse clients that serve as powerful German references.
- Go-to-Market & Positioning
- Execute the Germany-specific value proposition, pricing, and commercial policy for Etops’ SaaS modules (client reporting, portfolio management, CRM, compliance, AI analytics).
- Drive partnerships with key German platforms, custodians, and industry associations
- Executive Relationships
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with CEOs, CIOs, and Heads of Digital at target clients.
- Act as the trusted advisor on digital transformation in wealth management.
- Process & Data Discipline
- Role-model the group-wide sales methodology, CRM hygiene, and forecasting accuracy.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Sales Operations Manager to ensure flawless data quality and pipeline visibility.
Your experience and profile
We are looking for:
- 10–15+ years of B2B sales experience in WealthTech, FinTech or financial software targeted at German private banks, EAMs, or multi-family offices.
- Proven track record of personally closing deals €100k+ ARR SaaS deals in the German wealth management space.
- Existing strong network among decision-makers at private banks, large EAMs, and multi-family offices in Germany.
- Deep understanding of German regulatory environment (WpHG, MiFID II, GwG, KAGB) and private banking workflows.
- Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise SaaS solutions (CRM, portfolio management systems, reporting tools).
- Native or fully fluent German + fluent English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; CFA/CEFA or similar qualification is a plus.

- Combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
