As the Client Success Manager you are the single most important relationship owner for Etops’ IFA clients in Germany. Your mission is to protect and grow ARR from a named portfolio of flagship accounts. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of customer advocacy, commercial growth and product influence.

Your role and responsibility
In this position you will be responsible for:
Strategic Client Management- Own and develop relationships with a portfolio of strategic clients
- Build trusted partnerships with operational and executive stakeholders
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients
- Drive platform adoption and customer engagement
- Help clients achieve measurable business outcomes
- Develop customer success plans and monitor progress against agreed objectives
- Identify risks early and proactively address potential challenges
- Identify opportunities for expansion, additional modules and new use cases
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams
- Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives within your client portfolio
- Contribute to recurring revenue growth through strong customer relationships
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Help shape the future development of the Etops platform
Your experience and profile
We are looking for:

- Experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Key Account Management or Enterprise SaaS environments
- Proven ability to manage and develop long-term customer relationships
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent German and good English language skills
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Experience within Wealth Management, Financial Services, FinTech or WealthTech
- Knowledge of the German IFA market
- Experience with SaaS platforms and subscription-based business models
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- You genuinely enjoy building long-term client relationships
- You are curious and eager to learn about Wealth Management and Financial Advisory
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on attitude
- You are comfortable communicating with executives and operational teams alike
- You stay calm under pressure and find pragmatic solutions
- You are proactive, organised and customer-centric
